Description:This form will be activated after all her stamina in the critical condition( therefor in this condition henshin mode must not used in 30 days although she already take a rest and so on....) although her berserk form didn't change a lot from her henshin but her agility,attack,accuracy and dark magic(the direct one since she is a non direct spell user,she uses gun as her media and a modified bullets) were push out of her limit due to one of her possessed/cursed firearm "Relics" was awaken and take over her mind and body.Some kind of death god shadow will be following her(but not shown in here)
This mode the artblock appeared as a black shadow chain,it paralyzed the victim's limbs and nerves system or(rarely) it will make the victim die in painful death.Although she used dark magic one of her firearms could use exploding light magic(?)
Her BerserkForm seems to be perfect but she will lose anything she had if it still continue like that..................................
